Bioelectric therapy typically provides an alternative to surgery and drugs for providing relief from the daily discomforts of, for instance, headaches, neck and back soreness, shoulder, arm, leg and hip pain, carpal tunnel syndrome, and a host of other such similar ailments.
Bioelectric therapy enables a life of discomfort to be changed into a normal one, or at least into a life with minimal pain or distress. Bioelectric therapy can be used for the treatment of acute pain and chronic conditions such as those listed below:
- Low Back Pain
- Headaches (and even migraines)
- Nerve Root Disease (examples - numbness, burning, tingling)
- Muscle pain
- Nervous system disorders such as diabetic neuropathy
- Sinus pain and pressure
- Shoulder, arm, wrist or hand pain
- Neck Pain and Whiplash
- Arthritis
- Tendonitis
- Fibromyalgia
- Stress and Fatigue
- Carpal Tunnel Syndrome Symptoms
- Plantar Fascitis or Heel Spurs
- TMJ (Temporomandibular) joint syndrome (which affects the jaw)
- Upper, lower limbs blood flow disorders
- Ulcers and pain of the skin as a result of poor circulation or sceloderma, which is a chronic condition that may cause the skin to harden or thicken
All of the above mentioned conditions have shown successful results with the use of bioelectric therapy. However, this kind of treatment is not suitable for all. Bioelectric therapy is highly discouraged for people who run on a pacemaker, have bacterial infections, are pregnant and those with thrombosis that is a condition where blood clots form in the legs or arm.
