For most people, job descriptions include prolonged hours of sitting in front of a desktop or desk all day long. The result of such an inactive life-style is that the bones and muscles of our body become brittle and weak, so that any sort of physical trauma can become painful and worsen. Lowe back pains are just one of the chronic pains that afflict the people of today.
Low back pains are pains that occur anywhere from below the ribs to the areas above the legs. Because this area is critical to our day to day movements, and often bear the largest portion of the body’s weight, low back pains can be very difficult to live with. Lifting things, twisting objects, and reaching can become very difficult and can often result in injury.
Low back pains are categorized into groups based on the length of pains. If pains last less than 6 weeks, it is called an Acute case of low back pain. When the pain remains for anywhere between six to twelve weeks, it is termed as Sub-acute. And when pain remains for over that time period, it is labeled a chronic case of low back pains.
