On one side of the tablets ‘P’ is imprinted, on the other ‘SR/75’, and they have diclofenac sodium 75 mg. The 100 mg tablets are also same as 75 mg ones, and they have diclofenac sodium 100 mg. Diclofenac should be kept in a tightly enclosed container, away from the reach of children. They have to be stored at room temperature and away from too much moisture and heat. Generally, the dosage of Diclofenac SR tablets in adults, range from 75 mg-150 mg, taken once or twice daily with milk or food.
